Monday - Friday schedule - 10 hour shifts

Maintains and troubleshoots dies with minimal supervision or direction.
Troubleshoots die problems with minimal amount of production down time.
Prioritizes workload to meet the needs of production.
Performs die changeovers as required.
Supports and implements continuous tooling improvements on all dies for increased utilization and efficiency.
Supports and implements continuous process improvements throughout the Stamping department.
Follows all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Builds and modifies spare parts as needed.
Participates in recommendations for die design improvements.
Participates in problem solving teams.
Maintains a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices.
Supports Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and programs actively.
Understands, supports, contributes to current Falls Stamping Quality and Environmental systems by following stated policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence) required 2-5 years previous tool & die experience or Journeyman card Communicates well with others Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Accuracy, attention to detail and being well organized Must be safety conscious Come join the New Can team by applying with your resume today!
