The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician.
Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan.
Participates in discharge planning.
Records evaluation, treatment, and charges.
Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
Requirements:
oVirginia Physical Therapy License oDemonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
oDemonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
Recommended Skills Communication Physical Therapy Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
