Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse, and in good standing with the Board2.
BCLS certifications required by hire date.
3.
ACLS, PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
4.
CNOR certification preferred5.
At least one year of previous experience in an OR Department as an RN strongly preferred.
6.
Ability to accept regular on-call assignments for regularly scheduled shifts.
Will be available to report to facility within 60 minutes of notification.
This status will be determined by Department Director, OR Charge Nurse, House Supervisor or Administrator on call.
