360 Senior Transitional Specialist Pulaski

Works one on one with staff and youth by providing Therapeutic Mentoring, Life Skills Coaching or Therapeutic Aide services. Serve as a positive role model for clients to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes and behaviors. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Individualized Action Plan (IAP).
Assist the Program Supervisor in providing monthly supervision and quality assurance for services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide biweekly supervision with staff assigned to caseload.
Document supervision using the forms as described by the policy.
Assist in training new staff that is assigned to caseload.
Participate in initial sessions for staff and youth.
Conduct face to face checks within assigned schools for Therapeutic Aides.
When assigned a new client, coordinate an initial meeting with the case manager, youth, and self to develop an IAP.
Interact with all clients in accordance with the IAP and the therapeutic process.
Maintain therapeutic relationships which do not allow self-disclosure of personal or social information to clients.
Provide transportation, accompany, and directly supervise clients on outings and activities in the community.
Exercise appropriate non-physical intervention in accordance with policy to de-escalate crisis situations.
Provide crisis intervention and 24-hour emergency response, as needed.
Demonstrate initiative, creativity and flexibility in organizing and conducting recreational activities and outings.
Maintain high quality documentation of all case work, completed in a timely manner and consistent with outlined program policies.
Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain client cooperation and resolve client conflicts.
Develop and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, and guardians regarding client progress.
Participate in the Treatment Team process by offering reports on client treatment needs, goals and progress, as applicable.
Assist with database entry and online case management.
Assist with development of training modules; assist with provision of training to new hires and current hires regarding policy and procedural changes.
Assist with utilization review, quality assurance, and outcome measures.
Assist with program development, marketing, and employee recruitment.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a client treatment center or a correctional center.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
